Blake Knox – Shop Manager
Blake orignated from the West Coast and has lived in Richmond, Nelson for over 30 years. He also have a vast range of furniture and Bed knowledge, having worked most of his life in the furniture and beds industry. Orange Furniture and Beds R Us are very lucky to have Blake on the team and he will give you all the best advice and service when buying your new furniture or beds. Blake is a keen family man, with lots of lovely grand children and he just about has time for a bit of fishing and playing a mean game of tennis. Rob Stevenson – Marketing, Advertising and Sales
Rob has lived in Nelson for five years and is a part owner of Orange Furniture and Beds R Us since 2006. He is passionate about Orange providing the best possible service, a great range of products andat very competitive prices to all it’s customers. He is rightly proud of the staff at Orange. “I believe we have one of the best teams in New Zealand, and this is proven with the amount of positive comments and repeat sales we receive from our customers”. His hobbies, when not working at Orange include, fishing, walking, poker, supporting the Nelson Giants and the odd glass of wine !”
Jason Boa – Delivery Driver
Jason (The Boa) has lived in Nelson all his life and has worked for Orange for the past five years. A real local, Jason knows the Nelson area exceptionally well and so your furniture and beds are in a very safe pair of hands. Jason’s hobbies are fishing, golf, and hunting and nothing is too much trouble, as Jason’s favourite saying goes “It’s all good”. Jason is single.
Mike Colling– Adminstration & Sales
Mike was new to the world of retail when he joined Orange in 2006. Although initially brought in to help Lynne in the Administration function Mike gets greatest satisfaction when meeting our customers, either in the shop or when helping out on deliveries. "Spending a few minutes listening to what customers have to say about Orange is invaluable in helping us to improve our customer service. At Orange we like to think of ourselves as more than just salespeople. Our aim is to provide some good old fashion service while helping customers find the product they want at a competitive price." In his spare time Mike enjoys sailing, fishing and watching his children play sport.
Donna - Full Time Sales Assistant
Donna has had vast expereince in customer service roles having run several businesses in the local area and Christchuirch. She brings a wealth of knowledge to Orange Furniture and Beds R Us and prides herself in getting you the right furniture and beds at the best value prices in Nelson. If you're after advise on colour co-ordidnation and fabrics then look no further as Donna has all those home make over skills and advise you will ever need. Donna is the newest member of the team and a very welcome addition and she enjoys her family and friends, reading and exploring the lovely Nelson Bays area.
